By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. WEBSITE PURPOSE

The TSRR website provides general information about The Skin Restoration Room, our services, consultation process, and related topics.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee that a particular service is appropriate for you.

2. NO PROVIDER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP THROUGH WEBSITE USE

Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, communicating electronically, or requesting a consultation does not by itself establish a provider-client relationship or guarantee acceptance for a service.

Eligibility for TSRR services is determined through the applicable consultation, screening, intake, and consent process.

3. SERVICES

TSRR provides paramedical tattooing, micropigmentation, and related skin-restoration services.

Service availability and eligibility requirements may change.

Not every individual is an appropriate candidate for every service.

4. CONSULTATIONS

A consultation may be required before a procedure can be scheduled.

Consultations allow TSRR to evaluate the area of concern, discuss expectations, review relevant history, assess potential eligibility, and develop an appropriate proposed treatment plan.

A consultation does not guarantee that TSRR will perform a procedure.

TSRR reserves the right to decline or postpone a service when, in our professional judgment, treatment is not appropriate, additional healing is required, expectations cannot reasonably be met, additional information is required, or referral or clearance should be obtained before proceeding.

5. RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Paramedical tattooing and micropigmentation outcomes vary from person to person.

Multiple sessions, maintenance, or future touch-ups may be necessary.

6. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting consultations, booking appointments, completing forms, or communicating with TSRR.

Information relevant to service eligibility should not intentionally be omitted or misrepresented.

TSRR may postpone or decline a procedure when information necessary to appropriately evaluate the proposed service is incomplete.

7. BOOKING THROUGH BOULEVARD

TSRR currently uses Boulevard for certain scheduling, booking, payment, and client-management functions.

TSRR services may appear within booking infrastructure associated with The Skin and Body Shop because TSRR utilizes shared Boulevard booking infrastructure.

Following a booking link from the TSRR website may therefore display The Skin and Body Shop branding or a related Boulevard booking address. This does not necessarily indicate that you have been redirected to an incorrect booking destination.

Your use of Boulevard may also be subject to Boulevard’s applicable terms, privacy policies, and other policies presented during the booking process.

8. CONSULTATION FEES, DEPOSITS, PACKAGES, AND REFUNDS

Fees, deposits, package purchases, and other payments may be subject to additional financial, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies disclosed at the time of booking, purchase, or consultation.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Where expressly offered by TSRR, a consultation fee may be applied as a credit toward an eligible TSRR procedure when the procedure is performed within 90 days of the consultation. If an eligible procedure is not performed within that period, the consultation fee is forfeited and has no cash value.

Deposits

Certain services require a deposit to reserve an appointment.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by TSRR, deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the applicable service when the appointment is completed.

Deposits may be forfeited in accordance with TSRR’s cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies.

A deposit does not guarantee that a procedure will be performed if TSRR subsequently determines that the procedure would be inappropriate or should be postponed. Any deposit disposition under such circumstances will be determined in accordance with the applicable financial policy and applicable law.

Prepaid Packages

Prepaid service packages are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by TSRR.

Packages:

Have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

May only be used for the services included in the package unless TSRR expressly authorizes an alternative.

Are non-transferable unless TSRR expressly authorizes a transfer in writing.

Are subject to any eligibility, scheduling, expiration, or other conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Do not guarantee that every contemplated procedure will be appropriate for a particular client.

If circumstances arise that make continuation of a service inappropriate, TSRR will address any unused portion of the package in accordance with the applicable financial policy, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

Completed Services

Fees for services that have already been performed are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Individual responses and outcomes vary, and dissatisfaction with a result does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Additional sessions or touch-ups may be necessary depending upon the service, healing response, pigment retention, and other individual factors.

Products

Unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law, retail product sales are final and non-refundable.

Additional Financial Policies

Additional payment, financing, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, package, and refund conditions may be disclosed during booking or before purchase.

Where a client accepts or signs a more specific financial policy applicable to a particular transaction or service, that policy will govern the transaction to the extent it does not conflict with applicable law.

9. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND LATE ARRIVALS

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late-arrival requirements may apply as disclosed through our booking system or applicable office policies.

Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or forfeiture of an applicable deposit or fee when permitted under the policy presented at booking.

TSRR reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when sufficient time is no longer available to safely or appropriately perform the scheduled service.

10. INFORMED CONSENT

No website description replaces the informed-consent process associated with a specific TSRR procedure.

Before receiving a procedure, clients may be required to review and execute separate documents that may include:

Procedure-specific disclosures

Informed consent

Treatment plans

Financial policies

Photography documentation

Aftercare instructions

Other acknowledgments or authorizations applicable to the service

If these Terms conflict with a subsequently signed service-specific agreement concerning a particular procedure, the more specific signed agreement will control with respect to that procedure.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGES

Images displayed on this website may include licensed images, educational examples, demonstration images, or photographs used with appropriate authorization.

Individual treatment photographs do not constitute guarantees of future results.

Client photographs obtained in connection with TSRR services will be handled according to the applicable consent, authorization, and TSRR policies governing their collection and use.

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS TERMS

By providing your telephone number, email address, or other contact information to The Skin Restoration Room (“TSRR”), you authorize TSRR to contact you as permitted by applicable law and consistent with the communication preferences and consents you provide.

Communications may include responses to inquiries, consultation communications, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling or rescheduling notices, service-related information, follow-up communications, and, where you have provided the appropriate consent, promotional or marketing communications.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from TSRR, you may receive SMS or other text messages from us regarding your interactions with TSRR.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

Consent to Marketing Messages

Re-Enrolling in SMS Communications

If you previously opted out and later wish to receive text messages again, you may re-enroll or provide consent again through an available TSRR form, booking process, or other authorized method.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks, telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, and other systems outside TSRR’s control. TSRR cannot guarantee that every text message will be delivered or received.

Mobile Number Changes

If you discontinue or change a mobile telephone number that you previously provided to TSRR, please notify us when appropriate so that communications intended for you are not inadvertently sent to another individual.
